The standard is based on such principles as a strong customer focus, motivation and engagement of top management in quality assurance processes, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System. The compliance certificate proves that Gazprom’s day-to-day efforts to provide consumers with reliable energy supplies meet the highest international requirements.
Gazprom developed and successfully implemented a corporate Quality Management System (QMS). The QMS is aimed at further improving the Company’s performance and efficiency. The system covers business processes in such fields as natural gas, condensate and oil production, transportation, storage and processing. In the long term, it is planned to expand the reach of the QMS to a number of other business processes. The certification audit for the compliance of Gazprom’s QMS with the ISO 9001:2015 international standard was carried out by the Russian Register certification association.
