Today the Veterans Organization of Gazprom neftekhim Salavat operates in the town combining experience and knowledge of thousands of former employees — pensioners of the Company.
Midkhat Rakhimkulov has been in charge of the Company’s Veterans Organization for many years.
Today non-working pensioners, veterans of labour and World War II are provided with substantial social service at the expense of the Company. They receive free medical treatment at Medservis and use beneficial health services at sanatoria-preventoria.
Annually, skilled health professionals render medical assistance to more than 2000 non-working pensioners at the in-patient clinic of the Medical Center. Retiring employees of Gazprom neftekhim Salavat get lump-sum grants.
Pensioners not drawing non-state pensions get monthly moneyed assistance. Annual moneyed assistance in honour of the Day of Older Persons and lump-sum grants for funeral and ceremonial services are paid out as well. Non-working pensioners who developed occupational diseases receive pension supplement.
The benefits provided to the Company’s pensioners and veterans are annually updated.
