Prokofiy Tyugayev

1977–1980 — General Director of Salavat Lenin Order Petrochemical Complex named after the 50th anniversary of the USSR.

1980–1993 — General Director of Salavat Lenin Order Production Association Salavatnefteorgsintez named after the 50th anniversary of the USSR.

1993–1994 — General Director of Joint Stock Company Salavatnefteorgsintez.

From 1977 till 1994, large-scale production facilities were put into operation — EP-30 ethylene/propylene unit, butyl alcohol plant, AM-76 ammonia unit; the construction of environmental facilities was in progress, including the expansion of the area of sewage treatment works; social and cultural facilities were developed — a child health centre for 480 attendances per shift, a new sanatorium-preventorium near the water storage basin of Nougush, music school, and others.

Prokofiy F. Tyugayev was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labour (1971), the Medal of Honour for Labour Valour in commemoration of the 100th anniversary of Vladimir I. Lenin, and the honorary titles — Honored Petrochemist of the Ministry of Petrochemical Industry of the USSR (1985), Honored Oilman of the BASSR (1991), Honored Worker of Mintopenergo RF (1994) for his contribution to the development of the Industrial Complex. He was also awarded a badge of Honoured Inventor within the USSR (1988).
