The Company is preparing to receive large-tonnage equipment

The Company has arranged works to make temporary roads and platforms for a crane with lifting capacity of 1350 tons.

Machines and vehicles serve for transit of the equipment to the construction site of the Catalytic Cracking Complex and further installation of the Reaction and Regeneration Section.

Besides, installation of metal structures on the Catalytic Cracking and Gasoline Selective Hydrotreating Units as well as on the offsite facilities is under way. A new catalyst hopper has been installed. Currently a platform for installation of a spent catalyst tank is being prepared nearby. Shells of the electric precipitators are being assembled. They are designed to collect catalyst dust in the flue gases. Pipelines and heat exchange equipment undergo installation; pump line connection is being arranged as well.

Stairways, maintenance platforms, buildings of compressor and instrument technical rooms are being mounted. A flare stack is being erected through semi knocked down assembly by a 500 ton crane. The height of the flare stack will be over 100 meters.

— The equipment is on the way to the Republic of Bashkortostan, — Nikolay Alekseev, Head of the Gasoline Selective Hydrotreating Unit, Catalytic Cracking Complex, specifies. — We suppose that the Reaction and Regeneration Section will be installed till the end of 2016.

Construction of the whole Catalytic Cracking Complex is scheduled to complete in the second half of 2017.
