The General Shareholders Meeting passed a resolution to early terminate the authority of Limited Liability Company Gazprom pererabotka (the Managing company) as the sole executive body of Gazprom neftekhim Salavat, to terminate the agreement with the Managing company and elect a sole executive body — Ayrat Karimov, Director General of Gazprom neftekhim Salavat — from August 11, 2016 for a five-year term.
On the part of Gazprom neftekhim Salavat Marat Garaev, Chair of the extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting, concluded an employment agreement with Ayrat Karimov, Director General of Gazprom neftekhim Salavat.
