—In order to ship the Company’s products to the federal executive authorities for the use in armaments, military and special equipment (AMSE), permits for the use of fuel in AMSE are required. It means that a set of measures is taken annually to assess the conformity of products, their composition and production technology in the form of examinations, tests, acceptance and permission for use with documentary evidence of compliance with the standards established by the standardization documents — explains Natalya Poleva, Process Engineer of Technical Division, Chief Process Engineer Department.

— Based on examinations and tests results, the head chemmotology organization issues a technical conclusion certifying compliance or non-compliance of products with technical regulations and standardization documents — says Tatyana Sorokina, Head of Technical Division, Chief Process Engineer Department.

Inspection control is carried out during the entire validity period of the Decision on the use of products in AMSE in the form of systematic product data tracking and analysis as well as annual inspections of blend composition and production process conditions.
