Company’s young innovators win
Gazprom neftekhim Salavat employees became winners of «Knowledge. Experience. Innovations» VIIth scientific and technical conference arranged for young specialists in Astrakhan city.
239 specialists from 41 affiliates of PJSC Gazprom took part in the meeting arranged by Gazprom dobycha Astrakhan. Five of them were the employees of Gazprom neftekhim Salavat. And four out of five became winners of the scientific meeting.
The conference was divided into 11 sessions. Egor Stepanov, APCS Specialist, and Roman Sadykov, Instrumentation Area Manager, presented their report on «Technology and production automation». They introduced the participants to MagScan hardware-software system, their proprietary engineering design, and gained Ist degree diplomas.

Aleksey Samorodov, Maintenance Optimization specialist, and Ivan Prakhov, APCS lead specialist, presented the scientific and technical research report on «Intellectual diagnostics system for pump units» in the most numerous session which united more than 30 speakers. They took second honorable place.
Fayil Nazmiev, lead specialist of Acoustic and Emission Control Division, gave lecture on his own at «Energy saving and increasing of production efficiency» session. He presented the report on «Efficiency of acoustic and emission control during technical condition diagnostics on process equipment of Gazprom neftekhim Salavat».
— Previously we have taken part on-line in this conference, — Egor Stepanov, APCS specialist, shares his impressions. — This year we went to Astrakhan for direct participation. We are very glad with how the scientific meeting has been organized. Sessions were held in different departments of Gazprom dobycha Astrakhan and that allowed us to get acquainted with Company’s activity. Also on the eve of the opening we had a walking tour at gas condensate field facilities.
