Flushing of pipeline system and cleaning of storage tank farm at G-site of the Oil Refinery was performed for shipment of diesel fuel Euro, summer, ecological class K-5.
Heretofore summer diesel fuel was shipped in rail tank cars using loading racks of V-site, feed and product shop. Due to the increase of product output the required capacity was found at G-site of feed and product shop.
Recently R-69/72 storage tank farm of G-site contained middle distillate of sulfurous gas condensate with sulphur content of 500–1000 mg/kg. After a decision had been made to repurpose storage tanks for diesel fuel Euro, summer, ecological class K-5, workers started flushing pipeline system and cleaning storage tank farm of oil product with high sulphur content. So, presently diesel fuel Euro, summer, ecological class K-5 meeting requirements of GOST 32511–2013 for sulphur content is piped from GO-2 and L-16-1 units of shop No. 9 to four storage tanks of G-site.
According to results of laboratory tests of minimum oil product residue in tanks, the sulphur content has reached the requirement set by GOST 32511–2013. Thus, the Company is prepared for shipment of diesel fuel Euro, summer, ecological class K-5 to consumers in rail tank cars using on-spot loading rack for dark oil products located at G-site, feed and product shop, the Oil Refinery.

Petro- and gas chemicals are exported to over 30 CIS and non-CIS countries and the largest volumes are shipped to Kazakhstan, Germany, Great Britain, the Netherlands, Poland, Belgium, Finland etc.
